Background:
The Luftwaffe (Air Force) was secretly formed in 1923, in defiance of the terms of the Versaliles Treaty. Hermann Goering publically announced it's existance in 1935. On the 7th of May, 1945, Germany surrendered all of it's military forces uncoditionally to the Allies.
